Scheduling meeting rooms or gym: Office administrative assistant John@glasgowec.com, 406-228-2755 Seth Runner 406-263-2753 or Seth@glasgowec.com Funeral arrangements are handled by your funeral director and pastor. If our pastor does the funeral, and you would like the church ladies to help with a meal, John or Seth will make necessary arrangements for you with the women involved, or put you in touch with them. Families from outside the church, having funerals conducted by a pastor from outside the church, are asked to provide their own people to do the meal. Kitchen facilities are available. Fees may apply as stated in Church Use Guidelines. Weddings will be scheduled through the pastor if he is doing your wedding. Jay@glasgowec.com, 406-228-2755 Weddings of persons from outside the church may be scheduled through the office, or Seth. (see above) The church does not provide for wedding receptions. The facility may be used for your reception, but you must supply the food, decorating, etc. Refer to the guidelines. For all weddings using the dining area, a facility coordinator will be assigned to work with you and help you with logistics. |
